Managing Director – Greenstat Asia AS

With base in Bergen, we are seeking a Managing Director who wants to take a leading position towards our commitment. You have broad experience from international business, preferably from India and/or Asia, and you have a personal engagement and initiative towards the green shift.

Main tasks and areas of responsibilities:

  • Monitor energy markets and suppliers, building market scenarios and strategies, develop concepts, business models and value chains
  • Responsible for the development and sales of energy projects
  • Establish cooperation with business partners, customers and other stakeholders
  • Extensive contact and cooperation with customers, technology suppliers and other natural collaboration partners – internal and external
  • Establish business plans and build businesses
  • Daily management- and development of the Company
  • Cooperation with other commitments and projects within the Greenstat group of companies
  • Technical- and research assessments, consultancy and preparation of solution descriptions
  • Technoeconomic profitability analysis and assessments. Value chain analysis and assessments
  • Combine project work with development of new projects and applications
  • Logistic-, and infrastructure assessments

Qualifications:

  • A university degree, preferably within one or more of the areas; energy, business development, international marketing and sales, technology, economics and/or management
  • Relevant experience from the energy industry is desirable
  • Professionally skilled with a high degree of insight into renewable energy, energy systems- and markets
  • Strong network and insight into Asian business culture
  • Experience from project- management and execution
  • A genuine teamplayer who contributes across the organization
  • Strategic, business minded and result oriented
  • Excellent communication skills within Norwegian and English, both in writing as well as orally
