Head of Learning and Culture - Volue AS

We continue the Volue journey, and are seeking our new Head of Learning and Culture.

Organizational Development in Volue is responsible for implementing the overall people initiatives in the company. This team will work closely with Volue leadership and the Lines of Business to support the company’s efforts on reaching strategic targets. Head of HR and Head of Learning and Culture will work closely to ensure Volue provides leaders with a foundation for people management, which can also allow them to keep an outward looking focus on market opportunities and technology advancement.

About the position

Head of Learning and Culture (HLC) is responsible for analysing, designing, delivering and evaluating all aspects of leadership, talent development, competence strategy, career paths and performance management within Volue. HLC will play an important role in developing and aligning the different teams in Volue to becoming one company in terms of culture, best practices leadership and learning.

Main tasks and duties:

  • Analysing, designing, develop and conduct leadership and talent training. Tasks include development of content for online modules
  • Develop and implement performance and talent management, including succession planning and management people reviews.
  • Facilitate the building of a learning culture by conducting competence assessments, develop effective on–the-job training and measures to ensure Volue is a learning organisation where teams, individuals and the organisation at large can build competence to achieve business targets
  • Responsible for the Employee Engagement survey and facilitating follow-up measures
  • Implement measures to articulate and maintain an open, inspiring and productive company culture in line with Volue’s corporate values.
  • Ensure informative and motivating internal communication. Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure measures to enhance diversity is implemented across all levels of the organization.

Experience:

  • Relevant higher university degree
  • Minimum 7 years of experience from similar positions
  • Well versed in the field of HR, with experience from both specialist and generalist HR, preferably from leading HR functions
  • Understand the importance of the business, and have a big engagement for the organizational culture, and experience from working to build a common culture despite of all differences between several countries.
  • You enjoy working at all levels in the organization, you communicate well with others and inspire your employees and your co-leaders
  • Experience with working in HR systems, preferably a Learning Management System (LMS)
