Orkla Health is looking for a Nordic eCommerce Manager

Now we are hiring a Nordic eCommerce Manager, who will be responsible for continuous sales growth. The right candidate is looking for the opportunity to contribute to the growth in a strategic and operative role.

Main responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day operations and results of our own web shops
  • Operational team leader, who together with your team make sure the web shops have a smooth and profitable operation
  • Traffic and campaign strategies for our 6 Nordic web shops
  • Main contact to media agency and digital marketing team, in regard to own web shops
  • Profit & loss responsible, incl. media and development budget for web shops
  • Sales and campaign forecasting, in dialogue with logistics partners

Your experience/competences needed:

  • 5-10 years experience from eCommerce, preferably from a complex organisation where eCom is not the main sales channel
  • Have a good understanding for branding and good business sense
  • Experience with leading people, tasks, and relationships
  • Action oriented, strategic, and commercial mindset, always looking for growth opportunities and ways to improve profitability
  • You have analytical capabilities, like to use data, especially sales data
  • Used to communicate and discuss matters with different stakeholders
  • Experience from growth hacking and traffic optimization (from channels, such as SE, SEM, Affiliate, CRM)
  • Big advantage if you have entrepreneurial background in eCommerce
  • Understanding and understanding of technical and logistic deliveries to ensure eCommerce
