As the eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small team to deliver an exceptional online shopping experience to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of eCommerce specialists, including but not limited to overseeing day-to-day operations, setting department targets, and providing performance feedback
- Develop and execute eCommerce strategies and tactics to increase conversion rate and grow revenue from this digital sales channel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and IT to ensure the website is up to date and optimized to meet customer demand
- Analyse web analytics data to identify key areas for improvement and generate insights to implement optimization efforts
- Stay up to date on trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive within eCommerce
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an eCommerce Manager or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Experience from managing a team
- Strong business sense with a focus on driving profitability and revenue
- Familiarity with web analytics tools, publishing tools, eCommerce systems and MarTech
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and easily adapt to changing priorities
